1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InspiraDB. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to comply with all terms of this Service Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.

2. License Grant

Free Version: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of InspiraDB on your Mac device for non-commercial purposes only.

Pro Version: After purchasing the Pro version, you are licensed to use it on up to 3 Mac devices that you own. Sharing license keys is prohibited.

Team Version: Licensed according to the number of seats purchased, for team members only.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Rent, lease, lend, or resell this application
• Remove or modify any copyright or ownership notices
• Use this application to process illegal content or content that infringes on others intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this application

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in InspiraDB and all related content (including but not limited to software, interface design, icons, and documentation) belong to us.

You retain ownership of all image content that you import, create, and manage using this application.

5. Disclaimer

Provided "As Is": This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

AI Analysis Accuracy: AI-generated tags and descriptions are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Users should verify the accuracy of tags for important content.

Data Loss Risk: We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your local database. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, user error, or other causes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Service Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will take effect when posted in the application or on the website. Continued use of this application constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license to use at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement. You may also stop using this application and delete all copies at any time.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a court with competent jurisdiction.
